Office Hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 PM to 5:00 PM NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Responsibilities:

* Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.

* Learn details about our service.

* Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.

* Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topics.

* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Educational Requirements:

* O level/ A level/ HSC/ Graduate from any background.

* Freshers or under-graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

* Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)

* Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8 PM – 5 AM)

* Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.

* Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.

* Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.

* Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

* Salary Range:15k to 25k
